- Wedding: August 2011
I just realized that i’m gonna have to make some reserved chair signs for our wedding. I’m planning on reserving the first 2 rows on each side for our immediate family, elderly family and some family who has travelled the farthest from California and Toronto, Canada (per request from both our mothers).
Here’s my problem…
My great-grandmother needs to sit next to my grandmother (her daughter). I don’t think that I can just write “Reserved, Great-Grandmother of the Bride” and “Reserved, Grandmother of the Bride” because I have 3 grandmothers that will be at the wedding! How will they know that Grandma Fran needs to sit there and not Sandra or Karen?
Is it alright to write people’s names on the reserved seats? For example “Reserved, Fran O….”?
