I need some help here!! Who besides parents, siblings, grandparents/immediate family do we reserve tables for?
Do we reserve for ushers and their families?
Host couples (of reception) and their families?
Personal attendant and her family/photographers/videographers?

We did a seating chart to avoid any confusion. (We assigned tables, but not individual seats.)

@DaneLady: This. I don’t think you need to reserve tables, just assign tables.

Well we aren’t doing a seating plan for our guests besides certain tables reserved for the ones mentioned above.
