@Adeline4:  I would go to a jeweler and have them size you. They usually have a set of plain rings in pretty much every size to try on. You probably have to go up a quarter or half size. Unfortunately, if your knuckle is much larger than the rest of your finger, your ring might feel a little loose while it is on and or spin. My mom has large knuckles, and so she had to get her ring sized so that it would fit over them. Shes never been worried about them falling off though. Also if you plan on wearing multiple rings on one finger or a very thick band you might have to get them sized up slightly too. Most rings are fairly simple to resize. Eternity rings can be impossible to resize though, because all of the stones may need to be reset.

maybe you can get it sized up where it can fit over your knuckles and get size balls put in it to help it fit more snug when it is at the base of your finger.

@Soon2bMrsGski:  This exactly!

Lucky for us larger knuckle people, they created sizing balls which they place on the inside of the band to preent the ring from spinning. Get the ring resized larger to fit over your knuckle and have them put the beads/balls in 🙂

It could be the width of the band. My Engagement Ring is a 7.5 but my wedding band is an 8 since its much widder.

@Adeline4:  It depends on how intricate your band is. I have a solitaire and getting it resized was $25 because it was simple. Dunno how much sizing balls cost.

It didn’t cost me anything to get my ring resized and I got it done twice. Though I believe the cost of resizing is in my extended care plan.
