OK! so im about ready to order my response cards but heres where im a little confused ….we are having a buffet of food, so on response cards do i need to put food choices or can i just use them for a head count?

Unless your venue requires to know who’s eating what you don’t need to list food. With a buffet you definitely wouldn’t need to.

We aren’t offering options (it’s not a buffet, but we’re serving everyone the same meal) so we were going to leave that part off, but in the end we asked for guests to let us know of any dietary concerns and put a line for them to write anything important in. So far we got one vegetarian (which is good to know to make sure we have enough for them to eat) and one friend who was just kidding and wrote “MUST have wine with supper!”

The favor of a reply is requested by the 31st of August
We have reserved ___ seats in your honor
___ will attend
___ will not attend

TwoStatesBride i like all i need is a head count just wanted to make sure it was not tacky or anything to not include what you are eating. Thank you so much for he help 🙂
