i plan to restart tomorrow morning if my allergies will allow it! i have only ever gotten through the first work out 10 times and then life gotin the way, but it DEFINITELY works

I was doing Shred 1 and 3 and need to get back in to it!! I only have 40 days to whip myself fine!!!  I’m starting the Paleo diet Monday-no time like the present time!!

I started it up last week and then got sick. I’m going to do level 1 today (I had skipped to level 2) to make it easier on myself.

I just finished day 12 (technically I should be on day 14, but I skipped 2 days due to really bad leg pain). 

I did 10 days of level 1, and today I just finished the second day of level 2.  I do them at the same time every night (usually around midnight, I’m a night owl), and then I reward myself with an episode of a new show I’m watching.

I mute Jillian, and have an iTunes playlist of 6 songs that is titled, “Workout!”  Makes the workout go so much faster, as I know the order of the songs now, and before I know it, I’m on the last one. 

I lost about 3lb thus far, so not much weight loss, but I feel stronger.  I haven’t taken measurements but others have asked me if I’ve lost weight, so I think it’s working.

Level 2 will kick your butt though!  Oh my, level 1 is easy, compared.  Yesterday when I finished level 2 for the first time, I was sweating so much I had to shower.  Those plank exercises KILL me!

Just finished my first week! It kicked my butt but I lost about 5 pounds so far! Yay!! Love this workout.
