Are you limiting the choices of entrees from a “main menu” to be offered to your guests? And if so, how did you coordinate that with the restaurant – did they tell you what you could choose from off of the menu or did they just pick a few choices for you?
How are you informing your guests of the hosted beverage options (i.e. open bar during dinner or beer and wine only…)? How are you budgeting dinner/drinks so that you are sure you can pay the bill (plus tax and tip) at the end of the night?!
We have a game plan based on the price of food and cocktails, but I am wondering how others are handling this type of situation. We have never bought dinner/drinks for this many people at a restaurant!
