We are huge foodies and didn’t have a bad meal in Vegas, everything is amazing! However, one meal really stood out not so much for just the food as for the atmosphere, Olives in the Bellagio. Another Bee already mentioned it, but it’s one of the most romantic dinners we’ve ever had (And we are food travelers and have eaten a lot of nice meals around the world). We arrived late (because we eat dinner late…) and so it wasn’t crowded and they happened to have a table on the patio right in front of the fountain. We watched the fountain show maybe 10 or more times during dinner and it was just lovely. The food was very good, but the whole experience is really what I remember. Highly reccommend it!

Mon Ami Gabi was amaaaaazing for dinner. And if you time it right and snag a patio table you can watch the Bellagio fountain show.
Brunch at Border Grill at Mandalay. Tapas style – so good!!!
My favorite buffet for breakfast is Paris, but Flamingo and Stratosphere have cheap and decent breakfasts (and short lines). Paris is a looooong wait and Caesar’s is $$$

I could go on and on about Vegas food but we tend to venture off the strip a lot so I’ll just add one to the list.
Yard Bird in the Venetian. Amazing southern comfort food! We are talking fried chicken, spiced watermelon, home made biscuits (I normally hate biscuits) etc.

We had so much fun and SO much great food! Pretty sure I gained 5 pounds 😉 Loved Mon Ami Gabi for steak, Hash House, and Noodles in the Bellagio. The only meh meal I would say was the seafood buffet at the Rio. We were on the fence about trying out a buffet but decided to go for it since it’s a “Vegas” thing to do. Ended up choosing Rio because we heard that it was the best for seafood everywhere and I don’t believe it was worth the money. Everything else was incredible! I wish we had that much good food here. 🙂

Mercato Della pescheria at the Venetian. It was so authentic and delicious!
Also 800 degrees (a pizza place) only because we don’t have a place like that in canada where you can create your own high end pizza so we really enjoyed It.

andielle : We loved the Eiffel Tower (amazing service, delcious food and beautfiul views) as well as Del Frisco’s (Great steak, more traditional atmosphere). Both are a bit pricier, but worth it in my opinion.
I honestly feel like Mesa is overrated (maybe this is just me).
Where buffets are concerned, I’ve tried the Bellagio and the Wynn and liked the Wynn’s better (more variety, beautiful atmosphere)
For casual restaurants, we like Burger Bar and Grand Lux.
Have fun!
