Somehow this is my first post here so I’ll keep it short 🙂
Our final meeting with the caterer is coming up and I’m rethinking our menu. We are having a 6:30 reception on a Friday night for 47 guests. I know people will be hungry more than likely by the time they get there and I’m worried about our food decisions.
We originally were going to do a buffet, but half of the people coming are super picky eaters. I mean SUPER picky, 3 refuse to eat anything they suspect an onion has been near, we have 2 grooms men that hate pasta of any kind, Fi and his family hate fish and chicken… you see where I’m going with this lol So we opted to do what our caterer called A La Cart items (heavy apps basically).
This is the menu we have currently do you think this is enough food or should we add more? Note: we have an open bar
