I didn’t put one on. I feel like it would defeat the purpose anyhow. If they have a problem with your address on the front, they’re still going to have a problem with your address as the return, if you know what I mean.

I always add my own return address when sending out my RSVP for a wedding I’ve been invited to.

We didn’t bother to put them on the RSVPs. I think it would be a little weird to the same addresses on the label and the front of the envelope.

Of the three invites I’ve designed for people, I put the brides address on the card and then lines for the person to write a return address on there if they’d like. Nobody has said anything weird about that!

I did, just incase there is any issues, it’ll come back to me regardless. Over paranoid, I know Wink

No, I had my address printed on the front and did not put a return address.  A lot of people either put their own label or wrote it in, but they all made it to me.

@laurel946:  I did the same and I suggest OP that you do the same as well.

The post office machines only read the second line of our return address not the bottom line of the zip, city and state.  Our RSVPs were re-routed to a lady in New Jersey(we live in Illinois) because her address was 2324 Terrace and our return address was for 2324 Terrace BUT in Illinois.  Luckily the returned RSVPs went back to the sender who could call us and the lady living in Jersey was VERY nice because she looked us up and called us as the cards came in to relay the RSVP info.  Better to be safe than sorry!
