Could you just put the address and leave off your name(s)? That’s what I usually do.

@HappyBee33:  My fiance and I live together but since we don’t have the same last name, we do return addresses as

His First & My First

#, Street

City, State, Zip

I think it’s good to include at least one name on there so people know who they are mailing to – that tells the guest who is handling the RSVPs and they know that should be their contact person with questions. (Example: Fiance and I are sending the invites so we will be the return address, but my parents are handling the RSVPs so theirs will be on the response card.) Even if you’re not legally resident at that address, you can put both of your names on there, just place his first. The postmaster is probably quite used to seeing his name on something coming to that address.

We’re also doing this for addressing our invites to couples we know who do not live together. We use the friend to whom we’re closest, put that person’s address and address it to “Mr. P and Ms. O”

we just put our address with no names

ETA: ours did cause some very minor confusion as somehow my aunt thought our address was my sister’s address and started contacting her about who all was coming to the wedding, thinking she was handling the RSVPs lol

We went with ‘My Last/His Last Wedding’ my address, my town ,etc. We then put a sticker on the mailbox notifying the postal delivery person that we will be accepting mail to Mine/His, Mine, and His. They were totally cool with it.

@indibee:  That’s a good idea!

@sweetcrackers:  That’s what we did, and if you did the same, I’m sure it would work just fine.

What we did was we put both of our last names, like this: His last name/My last name and then we used his sister’s address for RSVP because at the moment, we weren’t sure when our house will close… and it just did last friday so it’s too late to put our new address, oh well. 🙂 His sister doesn’t mind, after all she only lives 3 mins away from us.
