In my experience, Gordon’s doesn’t always sell the best quality jewelry, so it’s possible that the design is kind of a dud. My mom bought a ring there a few years ago and she had the same problem. She ended up returning it and got a refund.

Plus, since the diamonds are so tiny, they are probably hard to set. Most jewelers will fix this by gluing them into their spot and tightening the prongs.

I would exchange this ring if they allow you to do so, or file a complaint and get a refund or store credit towards something else you may like. I’m sorry that this happened to you, but it does happen sometimes. It could just be that specific ring, or it could be a design flaw altogether. I hope you work it out soon!

After having this happen over and over I would exchange it, they will probably let you if you make a big fuss about it 😉
