that is so pretty, i would love to know how that turns out for you! thats pretty unique and would save money, lol.
Isn’t a bouquet made out of ribbons from the shower typically made for the bride to carry at her rehearsal? I think the one you posted looks awesome!
Hmm, I think it would almost look better without the hanging part. The folds of ribbon are very pretty though. When the ribbon hangs down though, it kinda looks like the “bow bouquet” from bridal showers.
((THIS IS NOT ME, BTW! I GOOGLED THAT ONE))
Not a huge fan. It would be cheap though!
i’ve usually seen the second pic for showers, but in the first pic they are actual nice ribbons, not ones you’d use for a gift, imo. its totally not traditional so i love it!
I have never heard of it being used for showers. I havent even heard of a ribbon bouquet at all…
I think if done right it could look good, if done wrong, it would be an epic fail…. fine line.
Ill give it a shot… least it means zero dollars on flowers since I already have the ribbon 🙂 I havent lost anything by trying 🙂
I like the idea! But the one above looks a little loose and slightly sloppy to me. This one is super cool though:
Wow rnc’s ribbon bouquet link was freakin awesome! I have trouble coaxing ribbon to look that good…
I agree that the picture you posted looks kind of sloppy. I’m not that big of a fan.
The one rnc posted is awesome though!
This would def save you some $$.
I actually really like it. I think it may look kinda goofy with brighter ribbon to match your wedding colors. The muted pinks look decent though. Good ol Martha!!
By The Way def post pics here or your blog so we can see the finished results of your trial!
I still love the flowers
i really like the idea, but i think to pull it off its gotta look just right. try it out for sure and post pics! good luck and way to think outside the box 🙂
I like the idea. I would try tying a bunch of different knots and folding to see what look you like best.
