Love this place.  I used it for my invitations, menus, and programs.  They cut the ribbon for such a cheap price and sent me samples in the mail beforehand to match everything perfectly.

I bought my ribbon in bulk from jkmribbon.com.  I received 100 yds 7/8" black satin ribbon for about $22.  Only bad thing is that it takes them up to 3 weeks to ship out what you buy because they are a wholesaler and don’t have items actually in stock.  If you plan on spending more than $75, sign up for their email promotions to receive a discount code.

I used http://www.MasterstrokeCanada.com and had good service. I don’t remember it being especially cheap, but I really wanted the perfect ribbon in the perfect color. They sent me swatches beforehand, and then I talked on the phone with someone sho helped me order exactly what I needed.

Papermart.com has a great selection and fairly on the cheaper side.
