While the separation of church and state comes into not issuing condoms to students, an aspirin is not analogous to a condom.

I know this is late, but the study I was reading about it was based off a survey, not numbers from either voting. So they only polled people of voting age. I think the issue is that, the only people who have the issue of getting out of school to vote is 18+, those are the only ones who can. So there is no reason for most schools to worry about it because it is such a small part of their populations. Though we never had an issue, the poll was always at the schools.
