I just wanted to share this with you all because I’m finding it absurd. This happened at the school I graduated from in Michigan.
Sixty seniors from a school in Grand Rapids, MI were suspended for riding their bikes to school on their last day. They secured a police escort and the mayor rode along with them. The school is considering it a “prank” and sent them home on their last day and is threatening to not allow them to walk at their commencement ceremony.
I’m impressed that they chose to do something non-destructive and they still get suspended!

This is crazy! I’m impressed they had the foresight to secure the police escort!

I feel so dumb, I thought by seniors you meant senior citizens.. I think it was a combo of that word plus the number 60!
But yeah, it kind of is a prank, but if they went so far as to get a police escort and the mayor, that is pretty awesome and totally a nondestructive way (unlike lots of pranks) to celebrate graduating!

Geez, we made a slip n’ slide down the senior hallway AND released live chickens in the school with no repercussions. Well, besides having to catching said chickens and clean up all the soapy water. That principal is clearly on a power trip.
