I have this thing for bowtie rings! Absolutely love them. I was thinking of treating myself with my next paycheck… 🙂
Here’s the thing. Even though I love the right hand ring, I do not want to, in any way, have it overshadow my engagement ring. So in your opinions should I just forget the ring? Or could I wear both and still have my engagement ring stand out? I’d like your honest opinions before I head back to the mall!
This ring is similar to the one I’m looking at:
I’ve posted my engagement ring in other threads , but for those of you who don’t remember:

I don’t think it will overshadow your ring at all. They’re very different styles, which I think helps a lot :).

I think it doesn’t really matter. I love both rings! I love my wedding ring but love that I have my right hand free to wear the big, beautiful, or funky rings! 🙂

I have a flower ring (it’s cheap) and I love it. No one is looking at your hands more than you are. I’ve worn them both and had compliments on both.

Go for it! That bow tie is cute! My SO’s sister has a plain sterling silver one that she wears ALL the time, and I LOVE it!

@Mrs.H2B: It’s so pretty! You must get it! Have you seen Mrs. Barrette’s bowtie ring? She got it as her wedding gift from the Mister! She loves bows like you 🙂

I don’t think it would overshadow your e-ring at all! Time to head back to the mall and get that sparkly gal!

You can wear both without it overshadowing your engagement ring, especially since it’s SUCH a different look from your engagement ring. Great ring, by the way!

I also think that it wouldn’t overshadow your e-ring.

Yeah, no one is really noticing your hands. The only people who would notice is the jewelry hounds! They both stand on their own.

I say go for it! It’ll go nicely w/ your ering- I know what you mean though- I think a right hand ring only overshadows the ering when there’s one stone in it that’s massive. You should post a pic here when you get it!
