Mine already happened. We lost our venue on the weekend and have 3 weeks to go until the wedding.

As long as my Fiance shows up on the day that’s all I really care about.

If I can’t afford the wedding at all anymore 🙁 But it would be okay and I would live.

I live in constant fear that a close family member will die just before the wedding.. I hope that doesn’t sound shallow, never is a good time to lose a loved one, but a family tragedy near the wedding would be doubly awful.  I want my wedding to be a happy time, and I don’t want everyone to be sad and mourning and just going through the motions at our wedding.  If something happened to someone, I would probably have to cancel the wedding.  Obviously dealing with a family loss would be far more important than throwing a party.

As for wedding plans, the worst that could happen would be for the photographer to not show up!  I don’t mind losing the venue or the flowers or the band or anything else, but I’d be heartbroken if I didn’t have my fiance and my photographer!

This thread is going to give me nightmares!

At this point, on our end, if the checks bounced.

Other than that, if the caterer was a no show or something terrible. With 10 days left, it kind of feels like we are hurtling towards the wedding.

@mishelleez: Our honeymoon is in the Bahamas, and I haven’t taken a real vacation in years. If the oil spill messes with it, I’m going to find a Bridal Party exec and take out my frustrations.

My one absolute worst thing would be if something happened to my fiance.

This may sounds terrible but…if I were to get pregnant. It would be pretty big deal and not in a good way.

@MrsPinkPeony: That’s something I worry about too. I’m a really liberal person and don’t have anything against people who have babies with or without being married, but I worry about people making snide comments or saying mean things.

@stacyreeves: I agree, my mom is not in good health and I worry about her dying and not seeing me get married. As for other things, I bought a professional camera so I could ask someone to snap pictures if photog bailed, I plan to have my stereo with mix CD’s brought to the reception hall in case the musician bails… If I don’t have a cake, its not a big deal to me. I will have stuff in the car to deal with tears or stains on the dress. If the limo breaks down, I’ll call a cab or a friend… The church has 3 priests… Honestly, I can survive anything other than Fiance or mom dying.
