I would say they would follow the same guidelines as the rest of your bridal party. If you are in a region where it is common for the bridal party to purchase their own duds then the parents of the children would be responsible. If you live somewhere that the bride/groom or your parents are expected to pay for the bridal party attire then it would fall on you.

Where I live the parents are responsible for the Flower Girl and Ring Bearer clothes.

I’m kind of anal and didn’t want to compramise with my bridal party, so I bought everyone their clothes ^_^

Target has the CUTEST white dress that was perfect for a flower girl for only $15.99

I always assumed it was up to parents unless the bride had a very specific request.

Usually it’s the parents, unless you’re paying for the rest of the bridal party as well. In my case, the flower girl is my daughter, so I’ll be paying for her dress, but the ring bearer’s parents are paying for his tux.

I voted the bride, I’m paying for all of my attendants outfits.
