My nephew, who will be 1.5 years old during my wedding, is going to be our “ring bearer.” Basically I expect he’ll show up and look cute and MAYBE walk up the aisle. He may throw a fit, whatever, I’m not expecting miracles. He’s my only nephew and therefore he gets the job.
I’ve been compiling gifts for various members of our wedding party, and I have ZERO ideas for a gift for my ring bearer. Because he’ll only be 1.5, he obviously won’t care what it is, so perhaps something that he can have for a long time?
We got our flower girl (who will be 4) a beautiful musical jewellery box with a ballerina and a cute necklace.
Any ideas, bees?

My nephew will just be over a year and we have brought him a big toy car.

@NLbride: At this age, I wouldn’t worry about buying him anything lasting.
If you want it wedding related:
There are storybooks about ringbearers that you could purchase for him to read later.
You could also get him a build -a -bear that you customize like a ring bearer.

@julies1949: Thanks for the suggestions! I had forgotten that I wanted to make him a Ring Security t-shirt!!
I was just searching for ideas and I think I found a great one – an LL Bean junior backpack filled with a book, crayons and maybe some toys cars or something.
Last wedding party gift checked off of my list. Now to figure out what to get our parents… :S
