If she is ok with sterling silver and CZ, Berricle has a lot of nice-looking rings in size 10 for under $100!

@HappilyEverAfter54:  if you go to etsy you can filter by price and there are a lot of pretty options I just pasted a couple of the first ones I saw. Most of them appear to go to size 10 that I  have looked at so far.

http://Www.kohls.com. They have a great search feature so you can chose size and budget( and everything) else. I searched 10 and <$100 and found a ton!  Plus, you can always get more off with coupons there and can go to the store of course.

Also, you can get awesome jewelry at a pawn shop if she’s not opposed to second-hand jewelry. Since they’re just trying to recoup loans, you can get awesome deals!
