Hello! My boyfriend just proposed to me and I’m super excited, but I have a bit of a dilemma. I have an engagement ring with a small cluster of stones and a twist band. (The one in my profile pic.) Its’ a little small for me as far as bling factor goes so while it’s off getting resized and while it’s away I’ve been thinking about getting a ring enhancer for it. My first question is this: Do you think my fiance will be offended if I tell him I want to get a ring enhancer for it? My second question is: Do they even make ring enhancers that fit twist bands? I haven’t seen any that specifically say whether they do or not.

I wouldn’t get a ring enhancer. It would cover up the twist design of your ring. What about getting a ring guard / wrap as your wedding band? That way yout shank would still show and your SO wouldn’t be offended.
See an enhancer would cover it up. They are made to wear with a plain solitaire
A guard/wrap, are used as wedding bands, and wouldn’t cover up your ring.

Ok, thanks for clarifying that. Whenever I google enhancers, the results bring up nothing but guards/wraps so that’s what I assumed they were all called. I want to get something like what’s in the second picture of your post.

I think a diamond wrap would look nice, since your shank is already twisted, a straight band wrap/guard would probably compliment it best. You should talk to SO and go try some on to see what you like. Congrats on your engagement and welcome to weddingbee 🙂
