have you thought about going with just a solid metal band? any diamonds in the band would get lost because of the cluster.  just a thought?  good luck.

Your ring is lovely, but super blinged out already.  I would go with the most basic band you can.  What does the 1/2 carat band look like?

I’d probably go with a plain band. Your ering is already large & has a lot of finger coverage.

Wow. A pave band is just going to get lost in there, no matter what size it is. If you intend to wear the engagement ring and the wedding band at the same time I say go with gold or platinum only – no diamonds.

I agree that a plain band would be amazing, but if you want a diamond band, I think the marquise band sounds interesting. Did you try any on to see how they look? I dont mind a gap, especially with a ring like this – it shows off that there are truly 2 rings there. Negative space is not always bad!

I don’t think that ring needs a band, but I’d go with plain if you felt you really needed one.

I agree that a plain band with no stones would really complement your gorgeous ring!

I think a 1.5 mm plain band would be best you don’t have alot of finger space to work with your ring is gorgeous you don’t want something to overshadow it.

have you tried any on to see how much space ya got left 😉

dbowling17 : all metal with some kind of texture, like floral engraving or a rope type twist
