Honestly, I’m not a fan.  But (1) maybe I would feel different if I had a real life picture and (2) it’s none of my business in the end ๐Ÿ™‚

Does it come with a wedding band?  If not just realize you’ll have a tougher time finding one (since it doesn’t look straight to me).

I like it, but my eye is definitely drawn to the setting first. I would go for a more understated setting to let that diamond be the star of the show.

I think the stock picture isn’t really doing it justice.  I’m sure it would look beautiful in real life.  I normally wouldn’t say this but you asked for honest and you don’t have it yet, so I’ll say that I think it looks a bit dated or out of style.  Although that really doesn’t matter in the end if you love it.

I like it and think it’s pretty, but it’s not MY style. I prefer rings with smaller bands so that the diamond iis more pronounced, like KatyElle said. But if you love it, that is all that matters! It will be on your finger ๐Ÿ™‚

Its really hard to judge it w/o seeing it first hand because I think web photos dont do alot of things justice. But I definitely agree with less is more when it comes to band setting but thats my taste ๐Ÿ™‚ I think the center diamond should be the focus and the band should have sparkle but in here it looks a bit much…good luck!! Ring shopping is not as easy as I thought it would be.

Its not something I would pick for myself, but I wouldnt think badly of it if it was on someone else.  Its still a pretty ring, just not my style.

@almostMrsGress: It’s a pretty ring, but too busy for me with the diamond filled split shank. I’m more a solitare kind of girl.

Depending on the size of the diamond, that band is going to be THICK.  From far away I think it would look like a super wide wedding band instead of an engagement ring.  Not really my taste.

To me, it looks kind of….masculine. But if you tend to favor flashy/chunky jewelry, it could make a lot of sense! I think considering the style of jewelry you tend to wear or love most can be really helpful when picking out rings.

just my 2 cents – there’s too much going on with the design, which makes it hard to focus in on anything… like looking at a mound of shininess… not sure if that makes sense.
