I would say just triple check their returns policy and purchase with paypal so that you are totally covered! Ebay is more risky, but it also a great place to find bargains so you may have gotten lucky!

I got my wedding ring from Pompeii3. It’s a 14k yellow gold channel set diamond ring. It was $150. The diamonds aren’t amazing quality but we knew that but they match the ebay description. We had no problems with them.

hi, i was going to buy my fiances ring from them, but i found an even better ebay store called 47weddingbands   ( http://myworld.ebay.ca/47weddingbands?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:CA:1181 )

his ring was 7mm white gold comfort fit (flat style) with free engraving! and it only came to $230 (and thats with shipping and duty!) very happy with his ring, and he loves it too!
i would recomend buying online- because gold bands in jewelers store are way over priced!

Well if your concerned about the seller then check out http://www.e-weddingbands.com they sell the platinum domed comfort fit bands for 6mm for $943 and 7mm for $1069.  It may be two hundred more for the 6mm but their a reptuable jeweler.  They offer a money back guarantee free sizing, certificate of authenticity, engraving and fed ex shipping plus ladies on here have used them also.  I hope this helps.

Don’t do it! They are “great” when you place your order and horrible if you need to return. I ordered a setting for a cushion center (which I specified twice when ordering) in a size 6.5. They sent the setting for a round stone in at least a 5.5, I couldn’t even get the ring on my finger. I also ordered an eternity band to go with the setting. Both rings were mediocre at best, which is to be expected considering the price. I ended up sending the setting back since it was too small and wouldn’t work with my stone, and the band wasn’t pretty enough to keep. They received my returned items on July 5th. I emailed to check on the refund and was told it would be up to 7 business days before they issued my credit. 7 business days seems like a long time to me, but I waited patiently for the credit to post to my account. On the 7th business day after they received my order (July 16) I enquired about my refund. Chris said it would be processed that day. They did not issue the refund.  I emailed again today (July 17th – 8th business day) and again, Chris said he confirmed that the credit would be issued today. I received an email this afternoon saying they would issue the credit tomorrow (July 18th – 9th business day, 12 days after they received my items). I guess I will wait and see if they actually issue the refund tomorrow. This just seems like horrible customer service, they want your money and screw you around when you need to send something back because they sent the wrong product.  I read plenty of negative reviews on various sites, I wish I had ordered from an honest company.
