It kind of depends what they are made out of, but they do look a bit thin

I think mine are that thin, as was my previous set. I wore that one for 17 years and never had any issues. Now, if yours were wearing thinner in certain areas (as opposed to the entire palm side), then I might get them thickened up. My husband just did that with his grandfather’s RHR that he wears. But it was wearing thin in one spot since he never takes the ring off when he uses tools or whatnot.

My engagement ring is that thin and 65 years old but it is platinum.

I wear my Grandmother’s engagement ring some times and the thinnest part of the band at the bottom of the ring is even thinner than yours. It is 70 years old, made out of 14k gold, and JUST broke (only a tiny little crack) a few years ago. That said, it withheld 70 years of every day wear. I’m sure yours will be ok 🙂

I think it should be fine– my e-ring was 1mm thick all the way around. I wore it for a year and a half that way and it never bent.
