I second the ones recommended by MrsSapphire. I tried the ones you had posted, but they are very bulky and scratched up my hands when washing them.

My Fiance uses a snuggy for his ring. If it was up to me I’d have got him the spiral guard thing because it seems more secure!

I like the ring noodle.

I had ones similar to the ring noodle for a past ring. They were dirt cheap and worked well.

I have the Ring Noodle too. I have very large knuckles so I  can’t just resize my ring, and like PP said my fingers change size a lot depending on temperature. I have to take it on and off in order to get my ring on and off but it’s very easy to do. It took a little getting used to and is occasionally a little uncomfortable, I find sometimes it pinches a little when I’m driving. I hope eventually I can find a better long term solution like getting the sizing balls put on but I’m not sure if I could get it over my knuckle then. For now it’s working fine. I’ve had it about 3 months and there is slight discoloration.

MissEloise :  I went down to the local hardwear shop and spent a few cents on different clear rubber tubes.

I’ve been wearing snuggles for the past 8 or so months because I’ve been losing weight. When I get down to goal before the wedding, I will get the ring resized. I’m so used to them now I don’t feel the bulk – you wear them at the back anyway.

I tried the ring snuggies but they are kind of clumsy and bulky even the smallest ones.

I used silicone and it stays on for a week or so, and works really well and best of all it is invisible to others and comfortable.

LoctiteRingSizer

With the snuggie, it was too wide and sized it down almost too much. This is the smallest one that came in the package.

I had used the ring guards from Claire’s a while back and had no complaints

puppiesandlattes :  Thank you so much for sharing this link!

My order came this morning and I have already worn them on two of my rings. The two different size coils work great for my 2 and 2.5mm ring shanks. They are easy to put on and cut to fit, comfortable to wear and kept my rings in place perfectly. And you get so much more coil length for your money than any of the others I looked at. Obviously, I haven’t had them long term but so far I highly recommend!

I just got the ring coils and they work great. I lost 10lbs (and hopefully another 20 before the wedding) and my ring size is a little looser then when I got it. I will get it resized when I’m at my goal weight or when I get sick of the little coils. They are comfy and not bulky. My fingers are like little carrots, they are widest at the bottom not the knuckle, so I don’t have the knuckle to help keep my ring on.
