Definitely save all of these messages, Bee. If you’re not happy with the final product, it’s good to have record of how you made your wishes clear. 

And in my opinion, you’ve been plenty clear. You paid up front with the expectation that you would be sent the CAD and further videos. You have received neither; that’s a lack of follow through on their end and not good customer service. 

Duration aside, it’s important that you get what you paid for, so it’s not unreasonable to keep following up for the CADs and videos before the ring is cast. Make it clear, in no uncertain terms, that if the ring is cast before you see the CADs and videos, and you end up not approving of the final product, you will be insisting upon a refund.
