@wrkbrk: I personally always cringe when I see ring tats. Its less that they can end up looking like crap down the road and more the fact of if your marrige does end or one of you passes away (not fun things to think about I know but still with something like this you need to think about that.) Do you really want to be marked as married and have that reminder everyday of your life if your marrige does fail? Or have to explain to everyone that your no longer married and why because of it? These are the things you really need to weigh, not the look but the worst case senario.
I say this because I have seen this happen, these people go though hell trying to get back into the field all because of the decision to get marked for life.
If your set on it, go for it, but please be sure to really look at this from every possible angle before you do so.
