We went to Tiffany’s for both of my rings and his ring. I’ve had friends go to Ben Bridge and to EE Robins.  I’ve been so happy with Tiffany’s as has Mr P- but its funny he said he wished that EE Robins had more of an assortment in the ring I liked because he really liked them.

We went to Greenlake Jewelry (right by my house) first, but found that they didn’t have the quality of stone that we wanted and definitely didn’t have the best connections in the world for a colored stone like what we wanted.

A friend referred me to International Jewelers, and though we had some problems with them overall, they got me the best stone I could imagine for a great price!  They of course are out of business now.

Other places I looked were Turgeon Raine, Faceré and Fox.  We knew however that we didn’t want a run of the mill engagement ring… We wanted something slightly different.  We ended up with a more traditional vintage band and a non-traditional yellow diamond!

We went to EE Robbins on 1st in Belltown and couldn’t have had a better experience!  Chelsea helped us and she is a doll.  I originally went there with a friend to look for her and ended up getting our rings there after seeing how kind and helpful they are!  I go in all the time to get it cleaned and she is always happy to do it. 🙂

My ring is from New York, but we got my husband’s wedding band at EE Robins and were very happy with their service.

I got my ring fromBen Bridge, but had it custom made. I found a setting I loved there but it was designed for a round stone and I really had my heart set on pear. They worked with me to re-design the ring for a pear shaped center. It turned out gorgeous and was really quick. I loved the woman who helped us and had great customer service there. It was a tad pricey, but I got estimates for a similar ring elsewhere (foxfire, and greenlake jewlers) Foxfire couldn’t make something similar, and greenlake was almost 2x as much!

I would highly recommend Greenlake Jeweler. They have great customer service and my ring is beautiful. Also, its always great to support the small local business.

We went to Shane company and had the most amazing experience. No pressure; just very helpful and knowledgeable salespeople. They are in Lynnwood. And their prices were more than reasonable.

Oh this is a fun post Laughing  I knew from the start I wasn’t going to be purchasing from a brick and mortar but that didn’t stop me from going to them and trying on all their rings to learn what it was that I wanted!

EE Robbins Belltown – they were lovely. As pipercx mentioned Chelsea was very kind. She wanted to learn a little bit of what I wanted and then she did her best by pulling the best options. She did not show me what she likes either, which I felt helped. She allowed it to be elements of mine only.

Fox’s – They greeted me straight away and were quite friendly. One of their first questions was asking how much I wanted to spend. That for me is a turn off. Needless to say I gave them a fictitious number and rather than showing me what I shared I was looking for they brought me rings/bands within my fictitious number budget! Not to thrilled….

Alexandria Rossoff –  I loved this store and loved their assortment of rings. The assistance was young fresh exciting and my time spent trying on estate rings was SO MUCH FUN!!!

Darling Husband got my e-ring at E.E. Robbins. They were really great! My wedding bands came from Fabri in Bellevue Square. They were also great, and had a nice selection of bands.

On a side note, Darling Husband had a necklace made for me at Greenlake Jewelry Works, and from what he told me, they were very reasonable priced compared to everywhere else he looked. Also, they did beautiful work!

My fiance was really impressed with the customer service and quality of the diamonds, warrenties, etc.  at EE Robbins, so that’s were my e-ring came from. They don’t seem to focus on offering a variety of wedding bands though, so I had to go elsewhere to find a wedding ring I really loved that we could afford. Greenlake Jewelry Works really knocked it out of the park on my wedding band– I got exactly what I envisioned and they made it happen within our budget. Since EE Robbins was able to order the ring he loved, and we already had a coupon for getting my e-ring there, we went with them for his ring.

Most of my friends have gone to EE Robins and loved it! When you’re down there you must go to Umi next door practically, my fave sushi place!! I went with Fred Meyer Jewelers…couldn’t pass up my 20% emp disc 🙂
