A totally crap cell phone pic of my ‘something blue’ (estate ring/gift from grandma!  7+ carat aquamarine with side diamonds in platinum)

And my engagement ring: oval cut diamond, just over a carat, set in a white gold band with another .3 carat worth of channel set diamonds. Size 6.5

Here is the ring picture from our wedding. My e-ring is a 3-stone ring that weighs a total of 1.5 carats (3, 1/2 carat diamonds) in a trellis setting and I have matching, small diamond bands on each side. My ring size is 4.25.

@SoontobeMrsA: Oh my goodness, we’re almost ring twins. My grandmother passed her original set down to me, and it’s strikingly similar!

I was going to use it as my engagement ring, but my fiance surprised me with a yellow sapphire that belonged to his great-great Grandmother. We had it reset in a custom-made piece that we designed together.

so my ring is a halo style square cut totaling a 1/2 carat.  The bridal band has a total of 9 round cut diamonds that is another 1/2 carat. so all in all 1 carat total weight.  Sorry for the quality of the photo..i have no clue how to make it better.

So very lovely ladies!!!!  I love the colored e-rings best- they are so unique ๐Ÿ™‚

I am looking through the rings – trying to find ideas for my three stone….  We started looking for a matching band but no luck yet!

Love these threads!

Please excuse the green nail tips (It was St. Pattys Day when I took this one).  .62ct Old European cut diamond, H color, VS1, very good cut, .25 ct diamonds on band.  Ring size 6.

@Natalieh86: so pretty, that’s my favorite setting!  I don’t have it b/c I’m afraid with the the way I whack my hands, I’d break the prongs & lose a diamond or two.

I’ll play…this is a picture of my right hand ring. It is from James Allen. The center diamond is about .75 and the side stones are .25 each.

Mine is a Marquise cut Diamond Solitaire on a white gold band with six prongs & tcw of 1/5th carat. And my wedding band is a 4mm white gold plain band. I love the two together! ๐Ÿ™‚
