Rings too small?

They look extremely tight!  I’d definitely size up.  Maybe add sizing beads if sizing up makes them feel too loose?

Are they actually easy to put on and take off?? I have fleshy fingers too and will generally have a bit of muffin top, but they look really really tight in this picture.

I like PPs suggestion of sizing beads if the rings are indeed easy to take off and put on at their current size!

Don’t necessarily listen to the well-meaning people who say your rings (which are gorgeous, by the way!) are probably way too tight! I am overweight/have fat hands, which leads to lots of ring muffin top (and it looks like you’re pushing your hand down against a surface in this pic, which emphasizes it!). If you can get it on and off comfortably, you’re probably fine! One way you can tell that they fit properly is to gently push up from the bottom of the ring and see if there’s a gap between your finger and rings 🙂

I don’t think anybody but you will notice the ring “muffin top”! It used to bother me too, but I’d rather have my rings secure on my finger than falling off!

here is how my ring fits, for reference! Lots of muffin top when my hand is flat against a surface, nice big gap when I push up against it 🙂

Your set is beautiful. I agree that they do look tight, but if they are comfortable and easy to put on and take off, I wouldn’t get them sized up and run the risk of losing them just to avoid the appearance of finger muffin top.

I would size up, a jeweler can recommend the correct size for you. If they do end up being to loose just using sizing beads as others have said. Goodluck bee

citizenerased14 :  looks like we were replying at the same time and saying similar things. I like your point about how to gauge the actual amount of space between ring and finger. Also, I LOVE your set every time I see it.

I too have what I call “Puffy” fingers and when I have my hand down flat on a table with my fingers spread I get that muffin top too, even though they are super easy to take off and on, however if I went bigger they would slip off any other way I hold my hand… so if they are comfortable and fit how you want them, then go with it! =)

pressed down on a table

And this is what it looks like when I am just holding my hand normal…

it also depends on the heat and how much salt I have consumed, bottom line.. if it’s comfortable and you are able to move them easily then you should be fine =)

I agree they look too tight. I would speak to a jeweller about resizing them.

It looks tight to me in both pictures but as everyone else has commented, if you can easily get it on and off, there’s no need to resize.

You could go to your jeweler and ask them to size you, then check the size of the rings just to be sure.

I have fingers shaped like yours. My rings fit fine and even spin so I know they aren’t too tight. As long as your rings come on and off easily you just might need to accept your finger shape 🙂 I know I had to lol. Your set is very pretty!
