your ring is lovely! how long after you purchased the first ring did you do the trade in? My fiancé and I were thinking on upgrading my ring to something a bit larger. He currently has a 1.61 stone on hold and they are trying to make a setting that will fit the larger stone. As you said it will be full trade in value, even the setting! With that being said, I am pleased with my current ring I just felt like I wanted something a little bit bigger. I am not sure if we could hold off for a while to do the upgrade.. Maybe for an anniversary ?

I have a Ritani ring and I love it. Fiance said they were great to deal with- they went over his diamond options in detail and helped him. The price was so great compared to other places. I just ordered my wedding band from them 🙂 I found thwor bands quite pricy… But I really wanted to go through them again.

my husband bought my engagement ring from Ritani – his uncle is a jeweler and very strongly recommended them. For resizing I only dealt with the uncle so I can’t say anything about Ritani customer service, but my ring is beautiful and great quality!

We bought our loose diamond from Ritani and their customer service was excellent. We even folowed up with our gem expert and she was a joy to work with. They found us exactly what we were looking for and the price was amazing. But we also purchased when diamond prices were at the lowest in 12 months. Now when we search similar diamonds they start at about $1200 more for slightly lower specs. I would go through Ritani again.

Thank you! I feel a little bad because we waited about a year to upgrade the setting and stone. I too wanted something bigger for the center stone and actually wanted a much smaller setting than my original. I love that Ritani will exchange the stones and settings – their customer service is hard to beat. I’m so excited for you! What setting are you looking at?

Those are great rings!!
Any experience with their in store preview? We bought our ring (six prong) but we sent it back to ritani through their authorized dealer. We did eventually buy the ring. (I love the ring but don’t like authorized dealer customer service).
Let’s just say the authorized dealer wasn’t as friendly as ritani. I should report it though, correct? I don’t want to report it and then have them “do” something to the ring in the process.
It’s our first ring and we only had it for a week before giving back to ritani for repair. Any suggestions?

I think they may have to customize something for me. I would like a band that has 3 shared prong diamonds on each side of the ring. Probably about 5-7 points each. since i don’t want a halo I feel like the setting should be a bit thicker for a larger stone than what they have. thats cool that you waited a year too! That’s what I’m thinking 🙂
