Yay, this board makes me happy! I’ve got an emerald-cut halo ring (similar to lala423’s) and everyone always gives me strange looks when I say I want a regular band, not a curved or split shank. I personally like the way the gap looks so thanks for further solidifying that it’s going to look great (when I finally pick out my band)!
@IzzyBear: can I ask where you found your band? I’ve been thinking of a similar style myself, but haven’t been able to find one in a store to try on yet.

I have a small gap with mine too – it’s not really noticeable with but the design of the leaves on the e-ring the wedding band won’t sit flush with it. And I don’t care one bit! I’ll just have a blinged out finger after my wedding. 😀

@abrighteryellow: I got it from Diamonds Direct. It’s made by Gabriel and Co. so you can go on their website and find a retailer near you

As I wrote on another thread when you posted a picture, I LOVE the gap in your set!!!!!
Here is my set, but I am changing the thick eternity band for something more delicate, slightly contoured but still with a gap. I had the band soldered, which was an awesome decision because they always sat correctly together 😉
Inspiration for new band, still with gorgeous gap!
