I had 1 list for my day of coordinater that had everything. The times vendors would be arriving and the breakdown of time for the ceremony and reception. Then another list for the DJ that had details for certain songs in the ceremony then the breakdown of the reception.. first dance, cake cutting, garter toss ect.  I think as far as the wedding party goes.. mine was all together since the night before so it wasn’t real hard having everyone rounded up. But you could do a simples one..

Hair and makeup starts at 8 am. Lunch delivered at 12:00.  Must be ready for bridesmaid pictures by 2:30. Ceremony begins at 3:00 ect.. And then if they have a specific role, add that duty and the time in. I was in a wedding once that had what time each girl was getting her hair and makeup done at so that was helpful too.

Well, technically their only roles are to buy the outfit you tell them to wear and to show up on the wedding day.

If you’re worried about them not doing what you expect, you can have a conversation or write an email to them with what you envision for the wedding beforehand (like, I want a shower, no bachelorette party, etc).

As for a timeline, you should have basic estimates for them given out a few days ahead of time that includes getting ready schedules, picture schedules (consult your photographer!), ceremony schedule, cocktail hour, and reception schedule.  There are tons of sample schedules online that you can google, and I’ve seen a bunch of Bees post their schedules on here as well!
