I’m  not sure how good my suggestion is going to be but Fiance and are dancing to Frank Sinatra – Cheek to Cheek.

What is your wedding going to be like? Do you want a faster type of song or slow dance?

That’s such a personal thing…have you tried asking your Fiance if there’s any song that sticks out to him? Ours is non-traditional (Elton John’s Tiny Dancer) and I love that it has significance to our relationship.

Forever and/or Not Fire, Not Ice by Ben Harper…. INCREDIBLE lyrics 🙂

(We are dancing to Not Fire, Not Ice, but it was a real toss up!)

P.S … sorry these are both acoustic guitar songs, but hey, ya never know

We are dancing to “To Make You Feel My Love” by Adele (the original was sung by Garth Brooks, it’s from the “Hope Floats” movie).  I think it’s a gorgeous song!

hmm, amazon is a great tool, along with you tube you can listen to tons of songs without buying anything.  try searching on amazon for an artist who has the style of music you are looking for, then scroll down to the ‘you may also like’ section.  i’ve found so many new bands i love using this!  then you can search youtube for their songs and maybe stumble upon something great!

i would like to use ‘you’ve got me wrapped around your little finger’ by Beth Rowley, but the fi isn’t crazy about it.  what can i say-i’m a sucker for vintage-y.

good luck!

What kind of music do you like? That will help you get more meaningful answers.

For example, we didn’t want anything too pop-y or slow, and we really like “indie” and brit rock. We ended up choosing a song by Ray LaMontagne – You are the Best Thing – because it was kind of retro and not to mushy but still very romantic.

So tell us a little about what you like. 🙂

Another great tip – go to Pandora and put in a song you like and see what comes up. I discover lots of new music through that site.

Take a few of the songs that bees are suggesting on here and look up the lyrics. That will definitely help you decide and will see if it has some significance in your relationship!

Our song was “Come Away With Me” by Norah Jones. After our wedding, my husband made a video of our pictures to songs, and he included the song “Angel” by Jack Johnson. When I heard the lyrics to the photos he put on there, I was bawling my eyes out. It’s such a sweet song about how much he loves the woman he’s with.

Another song that my husband now loves is “The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra. Check out some of the old songs. “God Only Knows” by the Beach Boys is also a sweet song too.

I hope some of these help!!!
