I’ve seen them called “rose de France,” searching that might give you more/different results from rose amethyst (I think it’s the same stone, just a slightly different name).

Or you could try “lavender sapphire.”

Try Rose De France amethyst and you might get more accurate results on what you’re looking for. Also lavender sapphire or violet spinel might be good shouts

Amethyst will not be very durable. I suggest getting a lavender sapphire and having it set yourself.

razromance :  Amethyst is a quartz type of stone, which means on the Mohs scale of hardness, it’s rated at about an 8. The scale isn’t linear, and increases exponentially from 8 (amethyst) to 10 (diamond). Sapphires are a 9, so they won’t get scratched or cracked as easily. Before I joined this website I didn’t know that sapphires could be anything but blue, yellow or pink – but they come in all shades of the rainbow. I’d absolutely love a purple sapphire someday 🙂 Have you heard of Etsy? Search for “lavender sapphire ring” on there and you won’t be disappointed!
