I’m a little confused, is the solitaire pictured your e-ring? Or are you replacing your current e-ring with this ring and band pictured?

But since you asked… hehe. I’ve been in love with rose gold for a long time, and luckily Fiance remembered that and got me this e-ring:

The color is really difficult to photograph, but mine is 18k. I would go with that for a men’s band as a 14k rose can start to look pretty “pink.” My Fiance is going to have his band in rose as well, I think it will look amazing!

I will in around 5 weeks! Mine’s being made at the moment, but if you’re still searching then, I’ll definitely be excited to post pics of mine!

My wedding band is being made with rose gold and pink sapphires. It looks soft and gorgeous against white gold.

@littlemissmango: where did u guys get your ring?  My Bridesmaid or Best Man is getting close to engagement time and definitely wants a rose gold e-ring but they’re pretty hard to find. Yours is gorgeous!

@socalmeli: thanks! It’s by Ritani and he ordered it from Good Old Gold in NY but he had to have them custom make it in the rose gold since that’s not a metal they usually offer in stock. I know Tacori has rose gold options in nearly all of their designs, but if you want to avoid paying the “designer” pricetag, I would check out Brian Gavin. They have a lot of amazing settings and high quality stones, and will make any of the rings in either 14 or 18k rose.

@LadyWarrior: aw thanks! Oh cool well that set is awesome! I love the semi-bezel, and the detail on the band. So you’re looking at doing both the e-ring and band in RG then? I think that would look really good!

Ouch, I would see why he might be hurt if you replaced the set, no matter what word you call it.  Although I was sooooo particular about my ring that I told my Fiance that he better include me on the choosing and shopping.  So I understand, this is what you’ll be wearing forever.  Maybe you could buy your dream ring and wear that one on your right hand and keep the one he gave you out of love on your married finger.  Everyone is different and there really is no right answer.

@LadyWarrior: Why do you need to replace your e-ring? Because yes, that is what you are going.

If it is also tension set and you love it why not just get a band to go with it? Why do you need to get a whole new e-ring? Most people do get the wedding band separately to the e-ring.

I love love love rose gold and my ering will be in 18k rose gold. I second littlemissmango’s suggestion to visit Brian Gavin Diamonds because he can make all of his solitaires in rose gold. Here is an example of one of his:

@littlemissmango: Me too! If I wasn’t a 3 stone girl it would have that one for me I think!

@littlemissmango: Love the ring, and love rose gold. Fiance would have gone for rose gold had he not felt so strongly about a sapphire stone.
