Theyre talking about your engagement setting, not the wedding band. You’ll be fine!

I agree. It is the metal colour of the setting that can change the appearance of a diamond’s colour. A wedding band with the engagement ring should not make much of a difference at all.

I read that if you have colorless diamond, to set it in white metal like platinum, white gold, etc whereas if you have a warmer diamond to set it in colored setting like yellow or rose gold because it makes the stone appear whiter. I am unsure about how the color of wedding band affects solitaire
