I’ll swim upstream here and say that I prefer the white. I don’t like how pave looks in non-white settings and prefer the more streamlined/seamless look of it being more monochromatic.

I had fallen in love with rose gold after purchasing myself a few Levian rings.  I wear my rose gold wedding set, and one of my Levian rings on my thumb and I leave all other jewelry to my right hand.  I swap that hand out with silver or yellow gold on occasion.  I never thought about rose gold clashing with my outfits otherwise.  The two tone set would allow you to accent with silver pieces – and have your wedding set still be the standout item.

Rose gold looks better, but is it something you would get sick of in time?

I treat my rose gold band as if it blends into my skin so I don’t find that the platinum head clashes with the rest of my white jewelry. You can rose gold out with tons of rg jewelry or mix it with yellow or  white gold as it’s quite versatile and oh so dreamy.

I don’t like two-tone rings so I voted all white gold.

When is he planning to buy? If you have some time, I would buy a $10 rose tone ring off etsy or ebay and wear it everyday for awhile and see what you think. I personally love my two tone ring, I think it makes it way more unique than all the white gold out there. The only problem I have is when I wear yellow gold things it bothers me that I have three metals on lol.
