Hi bees, I need your opinion. I’m working with David Klass to make a halo ring with round OEC center. Initially I want a halo cushion but i asked David to draw both. Now he send me both drawings and i cannot decide.
Which one would you choose?

They both look amazing so far! But a round diamond will look bigger if that matters to you.

I like rounds in cushion halos.

Tough decision! I have a cushion center with cushion halo. My thought would be that you would maybe get more finger coverage with a cushion halo? However, I’m wondering if there would be a more noticeable gap with a cushion halo since it’s not the same shape as the diamond? Just a thought! Round w/rround halo is So classic & timeless though 🙂

I like round halos on rounds but I’m biased.
It’s a circle of sparkle 🙂

I also prefer round halos, but cushion halos are gorg. I think you really can’t go wrong.

I detest even a hint of airline and there will always be some airline with a round stone in a cushion halo. You can see it in your diagram. Therefore I like round, which is what I have.

I like cushion halos with rounds. have you tried on both styles?

i have a round w/ cushion halo. the stone sits higher than the halo so there is no hairline (which I realy don’t like.. personally) but really you cannot go wrong either way.. here is mine if it helps..

I have a round in a cushion halo so I’m a little biased, but I always think that looks better.

I have a round in a cushion halo, and I feel like it makes the diamond look much, much larger. There is no gap in mine, and the prongs sit in the corners, so it fills any gap there might have been nicely.
