Has anyone been on this ship before? What did you think of it? What kind of stateroom did you have? Which ports did you stop in, and would you recommend any excursions? We are seriously considering a spring break family trip on this ship hitting Labedee, Haiti; Falmouth, Jamaica; and Cozumel, Mexico. We would have a Central Park balcony room. Any input would be appreciated. Cruise critic is helpful, but I would love even more thoughts and opinions. 🙂

Ah-MAZING ship. LOVED every second of it! Went with SO, it was the best week of our lives! Highly recommend it! We left from ft. lauterdale and went to nassau, bahamas, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and St. Marteen. We did the adventure Atlantis excursion which was so fun! We got complete access to all areas! In St. Marteen we did Rhino Rider (it’s like a jet ski) and snorkeled on the beautiful beaches! I recommend both! I’m not sure, but I’ve heard that cruise is great too! You will LOVE it! Be prepared to have an amazing week! Also, visit Chops grille, it’s completely worth the upcharge! We can’t wait to go again, and we definitely will be cruising Royal Caribbean in the future. They know what they’re doing!

My husband and I got engaged on that ship – we went on one of its first voyages with my whole family. It is the most incredible ship I’ve ever seen! Zipline, mini-golf, incredible food, lots of variety, great bars, so much to see and do. And the hot tubs… Go now! It was one of the best trips we’ve ever been on. We stopped at St. Maarten, the Bahamas and I can’t remember the third.

I actually work on that ship (well I am switching to that ship in two weeks). If you booked a cruise and need any info, let me know!

We went on the Allure this summer, which is basically the same. We had an inside balcony which I definitely do NOT recommend–either spring for the outside balcony or just get an outside view. Inside balcony offers NO privacy–you can see your neighbors across the way, and they can see you–way awkward. I really recommend against the Central Park balcony. You also don’t get ocean breezes. We honestly never sat out there.
But the ship is awesome! It’s so fun having tons to do on the ship. And the shows are fabulous–definitely book them in advance. There is a cool book that contains a scavenger hunt that forces you to tour the whole ship and solve puzzles–you should definitely ask about it at guest services.
Also if you go to Falmouth do NOT do the Dunn River Falls “hike.” It’s horrible. Haha. I sound like a negative Nancy but the ship was gorgeous and lots of fun.
