I like sailing with Norwegian a little better. My parents have done the Royal Cruise with those ports and enjoyed it. I think they did back to back cruises and stayed on the ship for over a month.

We are doing  Norwegian cruise for our honeymoon!  They have good deals and after we booked they had a “save the tax” promo so we called back and they applied it to our cruise.

Norwegian.  I’ve cruised with them 3 times.  They were wonderful.

I would do Norwegian. I couldn’t stand the thought of three at sea days. That just seems like a big waste of time to me. I’d much rather be exploring some new place than wasting three days on a boat!!  We booked a Norwegian cruise for our honeymoon and it would have been amazing…we ultimately decided to do a land trip but the cruise sounds fabulous. If you want to see Rome more you can just get there a day or two before the Norwegian cruise and explore. Then you’ll only miss out on Monte Carlo, which is sad, but you’ll already be in Paris so you’ll get some France time. Plus you get to go to the Greek Islands which will be spectacular (our cruise wa the Norwegian Greek Isles cruise).

We are doing a Norwegian cruise for our honeymoon! The itinerary sounds very simae to the one you’re describing. I would do Norwegian. You get more ports and less killing time at sea. Plus it’s a little less expensive! Also, I think leaving 8 days after the wedding is a big pro. It allows you some time to decompress and pack without having to rush.

Just a heads up. When they say Rome what they mean is the nearest port to Rome which is 70km (45 miles) away roughly so don’t plan on seeing ‘Rome’ if you’re sailing from there.

Norwegian is still the best option though from sounds of it
