I would mention it to her and give her the option.  If she sends the invite just send back the RSVP ASAP with your decline.  By The Way that is a LOT of weddings!!

I would give a call to the bride explaining the situation. She might send you an invite no matter what but your response will help her plan accordingly.

I would tell her. It would be nice if she had a B list or to save money on the invitation. We had a group of folks who knew they weren’t coming that I sent $70 worth of invitations to and I wish I wouldn’t have.

I would call or email/message her (depending on how close you are) and let her know you’re bummed you won’t be able to make it.  She can decide if she sends you an invite or not.  I had 2 guests tell me already they won’t be able to come, but I sent them an invite anyway though I’m no longer counting them in the possible count.

I remember a couple of years in a row with at least 10 weddings a year to go to!  It gets crazy.  Good luck!

If she’s someone you often see then I’d just mention it.

I would at least mention it to her. That way, even if she still decides to send you an invitation, she can already plan on having those open spots and may be able to invite someone who wouldn’t have made the cut before.

If you see her that often, I would tell her the next time you’re out with them.  Say you’re sorry and explain why – I’m sure they’ll understand.  And you still plan on doing shower and bachelorette, but just can’t make it to the wedding.
