Wow.  That seems like a lot of trouble.  Are you printing them all yourself?  Will all of that information fit on a reply card?

I agree with the PP- this seems like a lot of work. I would only do this if we were inviting 25 people or less.

We just did “– seats have been reserved in your honor” we had one couple add their child but it worked for all of our other guests.

We also wanted to have no issues with this but this looks like a lot of extra work. We simply stated <br />We have reserved ______ seats in your honor. (You would fill in the number of seats before sending).<br />Names ____________________<br />And then we had them check if they were going or not. 

We did it this way becasue at FI’s sister’s wedding a lot of people who didn’t send their RSVP’s back showed up- about 20 people.
