I’m definitely overthinking this, but I need help writing my response cards.
We’re offering mailed RSVP cards, but also allowing for the option to RSVP online. 95% of the guests would have no problem RSVPing online, but we have 5% that would be miffed about it, so we’re just going to give everyone the option to do what they please (and we’re stamping them all).
We have a number of guests with food allergies, and our online RSVP will allow them to specify. The card we want is small, so I have to fit all of this and I’m getting stuck. Here’s what I have so far:
Please RSVP by July 15th
We have reserved X seats in your honor.
X Accepts with pleasure
X Declines with regret
Please initial next to your entrée selection:
chicken choron gf
vegetarian v vg gf
I want to say something along the lines of:
“For dietary restrictions, hotel room block information, more information, or to RSVP online, please go to ourwebsite.”
But that is so wordy. I guess we could do a separate details card, but the place we’re getting our invites from charges a lot for that and the paper would be different if we order from elsewhere (but a lot cheaper).

“For dietary restrictions, overnight accomodations, and more information, please visit our website”
Not sure. Depends on if they are all so important. I wouldnt say rsvp online bc once they go online theyll see they have that option anyway. i’d leave it at the bottom of the invite, smaller font.

- Wedding: July 2019 - Southampton, UK
I did my RSVP card with only yes/no & food choice, nothing extra, and I included an extra card that reads “If you wish to RSVP online, please go to ourweddingwebsite”.
I got my invites from Basic Invite, and they also print up business cards, so I just ordered some of them in my colors.

Fiance says I’m worrying too much about the detail card being a different paper, he’s pickier than me, so I probably am.
The only reason I want to state the online RSVP is for dietary restrictions.
So would something like “If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know and RSVP online at website.” Bottom, smaller font.
And then the details card would have the room block info.
Thanks for the feedback!

What about this:
“If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know via online RSVP at website.”

People wrote in their dietary restrictions. You are overthinking it.
Just put your wedding website url on the bottom of your RSVP cars in small font.
