Wow, why would someone waste paper and postage like that? Weird.

If the person doesn’t ever have a reason to send postcards, they might have assumed you didn’t include enough postage.

Hahaha people making things harder on themselves than necessary. At least they RSVPd!

Better than someone RVSPing without putting their name or a return address on the RSVP card! Yes someone did this to me. They must of thought they were the only one invited. Some people!

Tongue Out  Awww, I picture a little old lady doing this, either not noticing or thinking you can peel off your original stamp and reuse.  LOL  Too funny…

@blondie634:  Are you serious?!?!

This reminds me of good advice another bee posted, she said she put a tiny number on each RSVP card and kept a corresponding list so she knew (even if handwriting was terrible) who was RSVPing.

At least they’re sending it back!

My RSVP date was April 15th and I’m still tracking down 95 people. ARGH!

Yes, at least they’re sending it back!

Cut off the stamp and save it. So long as it hasn’t been cancelled, you can tape it onto another envelope and use it in the future.

@Luv2BeachIt:  Yes! Me and my parents talked about doing that AFTER all the invitations were stamped and sealed. We were hoping it wouldn’t be a big deal but we were wrong. We eliminated it down to half of FI’s family based on where it was postmarked. My Fiance can’t wait to give them a hard time when we have to make phone calls at the end for all the non-RSVPers.

The funny thing is they probably cursed your lack of etiquette for not including postage or an envelope! We too had the no name RSVP.
