It definitely doesn’t look naked without any additional information. Before joining the bee, I had never heard of including menu choices on the RSVP cards. I don’t think you really need to add info about dietary restrictions, I think people will just tell you ahead of time if they have any.

I think it is acceptable either way – you can add a line at the bottom that says “Please advise of any dietary restrictions” or guests who have dietary restrictions will usually contact you in advance to let you know (I am vegetarian and usually indicate this on the RSVP card or in a call/email to the couple)
