    I leave my “Dr” out and go with no labels. I’m not a very label-y person by nature, but I also wouldn’t want to separate the joining of “Mr. and Mrs.” by replacing “Mrs” with “Dr.” So, I just leave it out entirely.  They can figure out which one of us is the Mr. and which one of us is the “Mrs.”  And I don’t really give a crap if they know my credentials if they don’t already.
