Okay, I know there are numerous posts on this subject but I feel like my wording is off. My family always has a kids room where they will have pizza and snacks, so there will only be children 14 and over attending our supper. Please help me word this correctly.
……. SEAT(S) HAVE BEEN RESERVED FOR YOU, PLEASE RESPOND BY MAY 11, 2012 AS THERE IS LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE.
( ) ACCEPTS ( ) DECLINES
GUESTS 14 AND OVER ATTENDING …….
Thanks in advance!

@colleenheff: I’d leave out the line about limited seating available, otherwise it looks good to me

@msfahrenheit: I agree.
@colleenheff: I’d take off the “limited seating” wording. Also, are you having a meal choice? Maybe dividing it up a bit will make it look more even (and obviously not all in caps). Something like this might work:
___ seats have been reserved in your honor. Please respond by May 11, 2012.
( ) Accept ( ) Decline
___ kids’ pizza party (14 and under)
