(Closed) RSVP wording. HELP!

Instead of a meal choice, you could say “Special Meals provided for children under 12”. An alternative would be to know which families have children under 12 and talk to them about those meals individually.

Hmmm. it is a lot of information. Can you print differnt cards with the differnt date? If you can’t then I guess hand write it. 

As for meal choices – instead of writing that it’s “mandatory” for children under 12 I would say – Children under 12 will be provided with a kid’s meal or “special meal just for them” or something like that. Mandatory sounds kinda “mean” in my opinion. 

AS for the wedding website I think you can keep it the way you have it. Or you can just do responses via website? that’s what we did and it was fine – and that way you could provide more info on the website?
